Are the raiders the worst team in the NFL?

Yes, In my opinion they are the worst. They are the worst because they were once an organization to be proud off. Now they are being controlled by a relic of professional football's glory days. I can not take anything away from what Al Davis has achieved but he has tarnished his hard work by firing good coaches, picking the wrong players, paying the wrong free agents, and by failing to allow the executives around him to do their job. The Raiders are worse than the other teams because there is potential on their roster and they are among the least prepared players that I have ever seen play. There are other teams that are bad... the Raiders are pathetic. Nothing will ever change in Oakland until Mr. Davis sells his Raiders, pes away, or perhaps if hell freezes-over. Al Davis thinks that Lane Kiffin was bad? The defense is awful and no one in a Raider uniform plays like it is their turn to make a play. Sad.
