My father has a very rare Indiana Gl Kansas City Chiefs decanter. Anyone ever heard of it?

Supposedly, the Chiefs ordered a small lot (less than 100) to be made for review in honor of their 1969 SuperBowl. However, they rejected the design and sent them back. The mold was destroyed. My father has one of these rare decanters...anyone know where I can get more information about it?
