PSAT scores And National Merit Scholar?

I got a 191 and scored in the 93rd percentile and I think I qualified for National Merit Scholar because it says on the back if there isn't an asterisk by your Selection Index score then you qualify. But everything I've read says you have to score in the 99th percentile so am I qualifyed or not and if I am can I expect to make it past the first round?
