Why bother with "The Great Prayer Experiment" (see below)?

Science has failed many times and continues to confound those who think it is the final god. BTW, is coffee good or bad for you this week? How about wine? Is there a 10th planet or not? Is homuality and alcoholism genetic or not? How can I have faith in these science people when they are constantly changing their minds over the next trendy thing?
