How to Renew Wedding Vowels?

I was wondering what we need to do to get my parents vowels renewed. My dad don't know what to do for it and we are trying to surprise my mom. They Didn't really have a wedding. (They got married at a Hospital chapels) and my Dad wants to Surprise her with a New one. Help please?
