Have anyone seen this?

ok im looking for this cartoon for my 4 year old brother i seen along time ago when i was about 5 but i dont remember what its called or remember much about it, but i remember theres these dragons and they all had special powers and i remember like them getting Hypnotize and its kinda like the care bears but with dragons sorry if not enough info
