How can Republikans Overcome their biggest obstacle?

The problem here is the disconnect between what Cheney and his clique consider "success" and what America, or even mainstream Republicans consider success. Cheney is part of a cabal bent on global domination, as indicated by his signature on the doent below. I doubt that most Americans, including the majority of Republicans, find global domination to be an appropriate use of our military.
