Disneyland has wedding packages but they include a fantasy suite inside Cinderella's Castle. It doesn't matter whether it's the first time or a renew of vows on the price. It is very, very expensive but you could stay in one of the Park's hotels and book a small banquet room, have it catered, cake and a dance floor while your guests celebrate with you. There isn't a chapel per se, and I would look into the California Adventure Park side as the lodge is very beautiful inside and would be ideal for a renewal of vows ceremony.
