Obama has charisma, charm, magnetism and rhetorical prowess-but are they enough?

Anyone who is honest must admit to Obama's amazing qualities. He is charismatic, charming, magnetic, rhetorically and oratorically gifted, and very bright. He is also black and that has gotten him very far in the current Affirmative Action environment. But, are these sufficient qualifications for the presidency? Does he lack experience? Does he lack the knowledge necessary for understanding the issues, international and domestic? What say you?
