What is wrong with the Yankees pitching?

Philip Hughes, the next big Yankee pitcher, is 0-3 with an ERA over 10.00. Mike Mussina, a number 5 starter, is the number 2 guy in the rotation and has an ERA of almost 6.00. The only pitchers that are doing well are Chien-Ming Wang who is 3-1 with an 3.80 ERA, Pettite who is 2-1 with an ERA around 3.90, and Joba and Rivera who are the one-two bullpen punch.
