F150 shudders when driving and while idling?

2001 4.6 supercrew. Started to shudder while giving it gas. Change the fuel filter and oil no difference. Added a gas additive thatdidn't help. Now it is shuddering while idling. Has not thrown any codes. If i switch the overdrive off it doesn't seem to do it as bad but it still does do it just not as profound.
