Pregnant, ice cold cand sleep feel sick and swelled stomache with pains?

24 weeks pregnant, cant sleep as im so cold, the house is warm with the heating on i even have my electric blanket on but its made no difference, i have had no sickness during my pregnancy but i feel like i want to throw up now, stgomache has swelled feels tighter with pains in it not that painfull but enough to keep me awake.
